The Highmeadow Civic Association has been in existence since 1956 and is one of the oldest homeowner civic association in the United States.  Located in Middletown Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, the civic association plays an active role in maintaining the local parks and shared spaces, as well as organizing various neighborhood activities.  All residents of Highmeadow are invited to join in our monthly meetings and participate in activities such as the Holiday Party, Neighborhood Watch, Halloween Party, Christmas Decorating Contest, and many more...
